Do fulfilment providers have their own obligation?
Yes. A provider offering warehousing, packing, addressing or dispatch has to ensure the sellers it serves meet the applicable duties and to stop the service where it cannot.
Can one appointment cover several sellers?
No. Each seller appoints its own representative, and register data is transmitted separately per seller.
How do you handle a client with unreported earlier years?
That is scoped explicitly as remediation and priced separately, never folded silently into a current-year file.
